CNC Machine
Our latest development is the Model 3251 CNC spline
and thread rolling machine. The slide movement
on this machine is driven by roller screws and is
controlled by a Fanuc CNC controller and Fanuc servo
drives and motors thus eliminating the hydraulic unit. This
machine will accept up to 48” tools and provides the
following advantages over our conventional hydraulic
machine.

- Increased process flexibility
with variable ramping speeds and re-rolling capability
- Dimensional
and spacing error correction via the control
system
- Simplification
of tool setting and part change over
- Reduced floor
space
- Reduced noise levels
