Roto-Flo is the industry leader for spline and thread rolling machines. Recognized
as the “founding father”, Roto-Flo invented the spline and thread rolling
process. No one else possesses our knowledge and experience. For
over 60 years we have provided innovative design engineering as well
as skilled machine build and tooling services.
Roto-Flo’s new machine and remanufacturing operation is a division
of U.S. Equipment Company and is located at its 70,000 square foot facility
in Detroit, Michigan. Our gear tools division, U.S. Gear Tools, designs and manufactures spline and thread rolling racks for your product applications.
We continually invest in new technologies and R&D to improve our
machines. Roto-Flo spline and thread rolling systems are fully
integrated machines with the latest PLC and CNC controllers as well as
diagnostic systems to produce cold formed splines, threads, grooves,
worms and other applications to microscopic precision.
