High Volume Machine
Another innovation from Roto-Flo is our Model 3251-HP
high production machine. Uniquely equipped with
dual head and tailstocks, this rolling machine allows
for production of over 300 parts per hour.
This machine
is suitable for applications that require splines
on both ends of a shaft and has rack fixtures with
7 inch wide mounting surfaces for 24 inch forming
tools. It also features an overhead transfer
mechanism with grippers that minimizes transfer time
between work stations. A turntable for 180
degree turnaround enables forming splines on each end with one pass through the
machine. Our programmable controller provides machine logic and automation
flexibility.
