Run Off
Roto-Flo recognizes that a critical element of the
turn key process is a successful run-off. This
is the only way to assure that the machine, application
engineering and tooling will meet your production
requirements. Our run-off procedure includes
the following 4 step process:
- We perform a 20 hour continuous dry cycle of the
machine to insure that the complete system is functional,
integrated properly and reliable.
- Next, we perform
a 10 piece qualification run to insure that the
machine, process and tooling are correct. Only
after obtaining acceptable results do we invite
you to witness the statistical machine qualification
process at our facility.
- We then perform a statistical
machine qualification with your personnel at
our facility. This
involves the continuous run of 30 to 300 pieces to
prove that the machine and process meet your Cpk requirements. The
parts are measured and statistical analysis is
performed to insure that the machine and process
are capable.
- After your machine is delivered and installed
at your facility, we duplicate the machine qualification
process performed at our facility. This is
the final “run-off” phase of our turn key installation
