Servo Driven Head and Tailstock Retrofits

Roto-Flo can retrofit your Roto-Flo with servo driven head and tail stocks.  With servo controlled head and tailstocks, part set up is easier.  The operator just inputs the proper information in the control to move the head and tailstocks to their proper positions automatically, no stops or screws need manual adjusting.  Part changeovers are quickly done, because part programs are saved in the PLC control and called up for later use.  The servo driven programmable head stock in coordination with the servo driven programmable tail stock allows easy and accurate positioning of two systems to automatically locate multi-position parts when a process requires it.  These retrofits can be performed in the field.
