Over 60 years ago, Roto-Flo invented and designed the roll forming process.  Throughout the years we have developed an unsurpassed library of tool designs.  The proper tooling combination of racks, centers and working holding are essential to ensuring parts that meet your part print and statistical process requirements. Our affiliate, U.S. Gear Tools has a 36,000 sq. ft. tool manufacturing facility in Swannanoa, NC that utilizes state-of-the-art 70” CNC rack grinding machines in order to assure quality tools.  Each tool is thoroughly inspected and certified to meet your process requirements.
